In Russia there are 2.2 million patients with Parkinson's disease that can’t be cured. 4.6 million relatives, who are at risk and want to pass diagnostics for detection of Parkinson's disease at the preclinical stage in order to get a clinical cure (early treatment). Parkinson's disease is a socially important neurodegenerative disease characterized by tremor of the limbs and this disease is asymptomatic during 20-30 years, at the preclinical stage. At clinical stage (aged 45-60 years), the disease progresses rapidly and, despite treatment, leads the patient to disability and death. The costs of rehabilitation and treatment of a patient in Russia is $ 7 thousand in the U.S. - $ 25 thousand. According to WHO in the world are 16 million patients, their number will double by 2040. In the world there is not safe and available for mass use diagnosticum for identification of disease in the preclinical stage .
