We understand that one single person can’t be available for disturbance calls 24/7. We also understand that most housing cooperatives don’t have the budget to source this type of work. We have therefore created an aid for housing cooperatives to store and analyze disturbance calls and facility issues.
The way Brfjour.se works:
1) Disturbed person calls our Twilio-based system and leaves a message.
2) Building manager gets a notification by SMS and logs into the system. Building manager can see who has made the call and play the reported voice message.
3) Actions can now be made and later stored in the system.
By saving all reported disturbances and facility issues along with the actions taken housing cooperative can analyze patterns and set up default actions.
