Algae Life is a powerful team of scientists and professionals that have solved the long-standing riddle of economically producing biofuels and animal bulkfeed from algae.
The problem so far has been that these products are of very low value and therefore the economics of growing algae for these products have been unsuccessful so far. The Algae Life strategy is to initially farm algae to profitably service the aquaculture and poultry industries to build economies of scale for the subsequent penetration into the very large and deep markets of bulk feed and biofuels. This strategy includes a multifaceted competitive approach to be well ahead of the competition in terms of lower production and distribution costs, maximum productivity and a superior product. At the heart of this approach is to drastically lower production costs by setting up operations in the developing nation of Cambodia using an elite algal strain developed by Simon Takouridis during his PhD candidature.
